Capita Share Plan Services enjoys success at the ifsProshare Awards
On Thursday 23rd November the annual ifsProShare awards took place at the New Connaught rooms in Covent Garden. Once again our clients were successful in taking top honours in no less than three different categories.
easyJet won the award for Most Effective Communication of an Employee Share Plan. The judges particularly felt that easyJet’s communications encouraged participation through their exceptional clarity, effective marketing and overall appeal. The communications, designed in conjunction with their Culture Forum were easy to understand and modern in look, in keeping with the company’s image and its relatively youthful employee base.
easyJet also won the award for the Best Overall Performance in Fostering Employee Share Ownership. The judges were delighted to make this second award to easyJet where employee share ownership is an everyday part of the corporate culture. As part of their on going commitment to employee share ownership this year they re-launched their SAYE scheme and awarded employees up to £3,000 worth of Free Shares under their BAYE scheme which is an HMRC approved SIP. Overall the judges felt that share plans have now become wholly integrated within the inclusive easyJet culture.
The Capita Group Plc, for the second year running, won the award for the Best Financial Education Programme for Employees. The judges were pleased to see that Capita had continued with their approach to Financial Education and with the comprehensive range of tools and facilities offered to increase financial awareness.
