Enterprise Management Incentive update 24 November 2005: On the 10th November the HM Revenue & Customs issued EMI1. This new form should be used by companies to notify the Small Company Enterprise Centre when options are granted to employees.
The Market Abuse Directive 11 November 2005: As of the 1 July 2005 the new UK Market Abuse regime came into effect. Its base is formed by Directive 2003/6/EC, which was created as an attempt by the European Union to harmonise legislation on market manipulation.
