This web-enabled portal is designed for use in conjunction with OPTIONSmanager. Accessible via a company’s intranet or the Internet, SHARECOMmanager allows share plan participants, administrators and users to access and update information in OPTIONSmanager and effectively communicate with one another.

SHARECOMmanager can be customised to fit the look and feel of a company’s established communication media. The software can be branded with the inclusion of your company logo and banner. Colours, styles, fonts and terminology can be tailored to comply with your corporate identity.

Security
SHARECOMmanager allows the share plan administrator to define security levels for individual users of the software, thus controlling the information individual plan participants and associated users can view. Each user is allocated a unique username, reference and encrypted password. An audit trail allows the administrator to view changes made in the SHARECOMmanager utility.
