Justin started his career at Lloyds TSB Registrars, where he spent a total of ten years. Initially working in share registration, he then moved to ProShare, the UK organisation that promotes wider share ownership, where he set-up a range of interactive training. In 2000, Justin joined myshares Limited, the industry share plan software specialists, to assist in the development of a bespoke administration platform for the UK Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') product.
In 2001, Justin moved to Capita as Managing Director of Capita Share Plan Services. This business has grown significantly and is now seen as a provider of choice in the outsourced share plan and trustee market. In 2006 Justin's role expanded to take on all regulated business within Capita IRG Trustees Limited. He is also responsible for Capita Tracing Solutions, which although operating in a non-regulated business environment is run with all the critical competencies of a regulated business.

David started his career at Bacon & Woodrow in 1989, where he spent a total of five years. Initially working in personal equity plan administration, he subsequently specialised in employee share ownership and helped build and retain a portfolio of corporate clients.
In July 1994, IRG purchased the share plan administration service from Bacon & Woodrow, and David continued to work successfully within the business development team. Following Capita's purchase of the IRG business in 2000, David has worked both to help successfully grow the business and provide an excellent operational delivery to all clients. His role as Client Services Director reflects this role diversity and his input to strategic decision making within the Capita Share Plan Services business.
Chris O'Driscoll, Operations Director

Chris started his career in 1977 when he joined the Operations Control team at Continental Bank in 1977. He spent the next 15 years working in a number of operational roles supporting business teams trading a variety of financial instruments. In his last role at the Bank he was responsible for the Emerging Markets Operations team. This team provided back and middle office support to teams trading loans, bonds, equities and derivatives. The business teams, based in New York, London and Tokyo, traded a range of financial products including both Latin American and Russian securities.
In 1994 Chris joined Bank of America initially working as part of the Global Operations Projects team with responsibility for introducing new products, merger related activities and managing both infrastructure and system upgrades. He held leadership roles managing teams supporting Treasury, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives and Credit trading activities. Prior to leaving the bank Chris held the role EMEA Head of Fixed Income Operations and led this team in support of the European growth initiatives addressing the strategic goals of service excellence, operational risk management and associate satisfaction.
Chris joined Capita in 2007 as Operations Director with responsibility for the Capita Share Plans Services Operations team.

Helen started her career at Ravensbourne Registration in 1988, which became Barclays Registrars. She then spent 4 years at ProShare helping to expand their seminar programme and undertaking research into employee share ownership.
In 2000, Helen joined myshares, now part of Capita Share Plan Services, and was a key player in the design and enhancement of its employee share plan software.
In January 2007 Helen became Project & Implementation Director whose team of Project Managers and Business Analysts are responsible for software and product development within Share Plans and implementation of new plans. In December 2007 Helen was appointed Head of Project Management.

Simon began his career with Hill Samuel Registrars in 1987. Subsequent ownership changes saw Simon work for Barclays and IRG, before Capita bought the business in 2000.
As a Senior Relationship Manager in Client Services for Capita Registrars, Simon looked after such clients as ITV, Compass Group, Amvescap and BAA. In 2004, Simon moved to Capita Share Plan Services as Client Relationship Manager.
In addition to managing the relationship with a number of our key clients, Simon is also the Editor of our administrationMATTERS quarterly newsletter.
Simon was appointed Director of Client Relationship Management in April 2007, before moving into his current role as Head of Relationship Management in December 2007.

Nathan joined Capita Share Plan Services in May 2004. He has a background in the banking, finance and share plans world at Abbey National and more recently as Relationship Manager with The Share Option Centre.
Nathan has specialised in working with professional advisers and their clients, and in the implementation and management of company employee share plans, as well as developing new business relationships.
Nathan is a Client Relationship Manager based in London and proactively manages a portfolio of clients, which includes FTSE100, FTSE 250 and unlisted companies.
In May 2006 Nathan was appointed Senior Client Relationship Manager and became Head of Discretionary Plans in December 2007.
