Tristan started his career in 2000 when he joined Lloyds TSB Registrars as a Management Trainee. During his time he worked in a number of operational, project management and client facing roles. More recently he spent the last 3 years working as a key member of their Employee Share Plans Team. During his time at Lloyds he coordinated numerous Sharesave, SIP and Executive Plan activities for their FTSE 100 & 250 clients including BG Group, Severn Trent and The British Land Company.

Tristan joined Capita Share Plan Services in December 2005 as a Client Relationship Manager.
