Shervin started his career within the Accountancy & Finance sector in 2001 working for Deloitte & Touché and for WorldPay (part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group). In 2003 he pursued a more client facing role as an Account Manager for a leading video based training company.

He then moved into the Employee Benefits arena and worked for the UK's leading Childcare Voucher provider as a Regional Account Manager, looking after key clients within the London & South East area. His responsibility was to support and develop relations with FTSE 100 & 250 clients including Sainsbury, Yell Group and ICI and also key clients within the public sector.

Shervin joined Capita Share Plan Services in April 2007 as a Client Relationship Manager.
