I have changed my name – what do I need to do?

Please send us a certified copy of your marriage certificate or deed poll with a covering letter either by fax to 0208 639 2467 or by email to emailquery@capita.co.uk.

How do I close my Sharesave account?

Please send a fax or email for the attention of the Sharesave team with your Company name, the Grant Year you wish to close, your full name, address, telephone number, your National Insurance Number, Employee Number or IVC (investor code). Can I check my holdings?

If your employer has asked Capita to implement a portal for them, please go to www.capitashareportal.com and follow the instructions to log in and view your holding, otherwise please review your last share statement. You will need your IVC code, which is located on top of Capita correspondence. If you are unable to locate your IVC code, please contact the call centre or submit an email query, requesting for it to be posted to your home address.

I am a leaver, what will happen?

How do I sell my shares?

Please send a fax or email for the attention of the Trading Team with your Company name, your full name, address, telephone number, your National Insurance Number, Employee Number or IVC (investor code). Please ensure your instruction is clear, signed and dated. We need to receive your instruction prior to 12 noon for shares to be sold that day; otherwise the shares will be sold next working day. How will I receive sale proceeds from a sale of SIP shares?

If you are an employee and subject to tax and national insurance your proceeds may be paid via your payroll, this is subject to payroll cut off dates. Leavers will receive their sale proceeds direct following deductions of any costs.
