Scott joined Capita Share Plan Services in September 2005.  He was a member of the Client Administration Team and his primary responsibility was to administer Capita Share Plan Services largest Share Incentive Plan, Boots Group plc.  During Scott’s time on this team he effectively maintained a number of large Share Plans, including Alliance & Leicester (SAYE), Coca Cola Enterprises (SIP) and The Kellogg Company (SIP).  Whilst working within the team Scott developed specialist knowledge of Share Incentive Plans, as well as building strong relationships with his clients.

Scott progressed to a Deputy Supervisor of the Client Administration Team in February 2007.  He then became Supervisor of the Client Administration Team in September 2007 and successfully managed twelve direct reports and over 120 Share Incentive Plans.  Scott was identified in Capita’s talent identification scheme as an individual for succession planning.

Scott joined the Client Relationship Team in December 2008 and proactively manages a portfolio of clients, which includes FTSE100, FTSE250 and unlisted companies.
