- Acting as first point of contact for participants, management and share plan co-ordinator
Capita Share Plan Services has pioneered the use of the internet as a method of delivering administration and communication combined with more traditional media. Applications to share plans can be made via either our Share Portal facility, a telephone IVR process or via personalised hard-copy applications. Your employees can also use the Share Portal to view a statement of their Share Plan holdings.
To maximise employee participation, we can also deliver bespoke presentations and training for your staff.
