Neil started his career with IRG in 1996. Moving to specialise in share plans from 1998, ultimately specialising in the management and administration of the first All Employee Share Ownership Plan (known as AESOP then now known as Share Incentive Plan or SIP) to receive Inland Revenue Approval in 2000.
Neil moved to Killik Employee Services in 2001, where he managed the operational area of the business, eventually moving on to the role of Technical and Special Projects Manager. Neil re-joined Capita in February 2008 as Head of Implementations and is therefore responsible for the project management of all new business. Neil’s team manage some of the most significant and successful implementation projects for some of UK’s largest employers.
