Nathan joined Capita Share Plan Services in May 2004. Prior to this he worked at Abbey National and The Share Option Centre where he gained many years experience in the banking, finance and share plans sector. Since his time at Capita Nathan has moved from Senior Relationship Manager to Head of Discretionary Plans. Nathan has recently been appointed as Head of Implementations for Capita Registrars. In this new role, Nathan is responsible for overseeing the specialist Registration and Share Plan Implementation and Event project teams.
Nathan ensures that each project is carefully managed and planned to have minimal impact on our clients and their shareholders and employees ensuring the accurate identification of all risk issues and the effective management of the transition process.
