Martin started his career at Barclays Bank plc, where he spent a total of seven years working within the branch network, before moving on to the Employee Share Schemes Department of Barclays Registrars where he worked as a Share Schemes Administrator. Through acquisition Martin has continued his experience in Employee Share Schemes with IRG and now Capita. At the height of Share Incentive Plan growth in 2002 Martin occupied the role of Implementations Manager implementing in excess of 60 SIPs in just over a year. In 2003 Martin moved on to become Operations Manager of Capita Share Plan Services and currently looks after operations for in excess of 150 clients. In April 2006 Martin was appointed as Senior Operations Manager of Capita Share Plan Services.
