John experienced a wide variety of administrative and managerial roles in branch and Regional Office positions whilst employed by Barclays Bank. This included handling many customer and internal management contact opportunities at a number of levels.
He moved into share plans as Operations Manager of IRG's Employee Share Schemes Department in 1999. The simultaneous purchase of IRG by Capita and launch of the Share Incentive Plan in 2000 meant he oversaw the Department's rapid growth through a very busy time. In 2003 the continued growth saw John's role being split and he now concentrates on regulatory, quality and procedural aspects of Capita Share Plan Services.
John was appointed Operations Director in April 2006 before moving up to the role of Head of Quality Assurance in December 2007.
